New Emotional Support Group Launching in Hoylake – Starting 12th May

Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or stress? You’re not alone.
A new Emotional Support Group is launching at The Quirky Community Hub in Hoylake, offering adults a gentle and welcoming space to connect, breathe, and explore practical ways to manage life’s challenges — all with the support of a qualified counsellor.

Led by Counsellor Louise from Bluebird Counselling, this group will meet every Monday from 10:30am to 12:00pm, beginning on Monday 12th May 2025.

🫶 What to Expect

This is not personal therapy, but a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental space where adults can feel seen, supported, and empowered. Each session is designed to explore realistic, manageable strategies for dealing with anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm.

The sessions also offer the chance to connect with others, share experiences, and enjoy a warm, welcoming atmosphere — with a cup of coffee in hand. ☕️
