Led by founder Carolyn McGuire, this energising fitness collective is inviting early risers to their brand new "Wake Up to Fitness" series – a week-long morning boost on Crosby Beach from Monday 28th April to Friday 2nd May.
From kettlebells in the sand to scenic walks and cycling sessions, it’s the perfect way to energise your day before the rest of the world wakes up.

Each morning features a different session designed to build strength, lift your mood, and awaken your energy.
