Quiz Night at Queen's Nook – Raising Funds for a wheelchair-accessible trampoline for the Playground in Coronation Park

The community is coming together as Queen's Nook in Crosby teams up with Friends of Alexandra & Coronation Park to raise funds for an exciting and meaningful cause: a wheelchair-accessible trampoline for the children’s playground.

On Thursday 17th April, everyone is invited to join the fun at Queen’s Nook (81 Liverpool Road, Crosby) for a Quiz Night starting at 8:30pm. It promises to be a fantastic evening full of laughs, community spirit, and the chance to make a real difference.

For just £1 per person, guests can take part in a lively quiz with great prizes, plus enjoy the ever-popular “Bernie Boobie Bag”, a free chip butty at half-time, and a raffle with plenty more surprises in store.

All proceeds from the night will go directly toward helping install the wheelchair-friendly trampoline, creating a more inclusive and accessible space for all children to play and enjoy.

Organisers are also appealing for raffle prize donations—any contributions, big or small, are greatly appreciated. Items can be dropped off at the bar or arrangements made for collection by sending a direct message.

This is more than just a quiz night—it's a night of support, inclusion, and community pride. So grab some friends, bring your quiz brains, and come along to help make something truly special happen for local children.
