Wellness Day at The L20 Hub – Unwind, Breathe & Transform Your Mind
This June, The L20 Hub is teaming up with Unleash by Kelly to host an uplifting Wellness Day designed to help participants reconnect with nature, ground their energy, and tap into their creative flow — all within a peaceful and welcoming setting.

🕙 Time: 10:00am – 3:30pm
💷 Cost: £25 (includes lunch, refreshments, and all materials)

🌞 What to Expect:
This carefully curated day invites guests to pause and be present, flowing through a variety of calming, mindful activities:
🛶 10:00am – 12:00pm: Wellness Paddle
Begin the day with a peaceful rafted canoe experience, led by an instructor. Float through nature, breathe in the fresh air, and enjoy the serenity of the water.
🍽️ 12:00pm – 12:45pm: Lunch
Refuel with a cold buffet featuring wraps, sandwiches, fruit, biscuits, and both hot and cold drinks — all included in your ticket.
🧘 12:45pm – 1:45pm: Yoga with Kelly Phillips
Led by wellness expert Kelly Phillips, this session includes breathwork, gentle yoga, and meditation, designed to release tension and cultivate a deeper connection with self.
☕ 1:45pm – 2:00pm: Break
Relax and chat over a cup of tea or coffee before diving into your next creative practice.
🎨 2:00pm – 3:30pm: Meditation Visualisation Art
Channel your calm energy onto canvas in this guided painting session where you'll explore your own mountain pose (Tadasana) visualisation and bring it to life through art. It’s a beautiful way to take your peace home with you — literally.
