NCT Walk & Talk: Free Weekly Pram Walks for Parents and Carers of Under 5s

Parents and carers of young children now have even more opportunities to connect, recharge, and enjoy the outdoors thanks to NCT Southport, Formby, and Ormskirk’s expanding Walk & Talk programme. These free pram walks, now running three times a week, offer a relaxed and supportive way for parents of children under five to get some fresh air, share stories, and make meaningful connections.

The weekly schedule includes:

• Mondays, 9:30am – 10:30am in Ormskirk

• Wednesdays, 1:00pm – 2:00pm in Hesketh Park

• Fridays, 9:30am – 10:30am around Marine Lake / Kings Gardens

Each session features an hour-long stroll through some of the area's most beautiful green spaces, providing a safe, welcoming environment for adults and little ones alike. Whether you’re navigating the early days of parenthood or just looking for a friendly chat, these walks are an easy and enjoyable way to boost your mental well-being and meet other local parents.
