Creative Family Fun with Free Pottery Painting Sessions in Southport

Families are invited to get creative and make lasting memories at the Painting Pottery Sessions hosted at Liverpool Road Methodist Church. These vibrant, hands-on workshops are completely free of charge and are perfect for children aged 4–12 and their parents or carers.

Thanks to the continued support from The Southport Recovery Fund, these monthly sessions are a wonderful opportunity for families to enjoy mindful crafting together in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

The next session will take place on Saturday 26th April, running from 1:30pm to 4:00pm. Please note that from May onwards, sessions will begin slightly later, starting at 2:00pm and finishing at 4:00pm.

Designed especially with Southport families in mind, these drop-in sessions require no booking—just turn up, get painting, and have fun! Each event is held on the 4th Saturday of the month from March to October, giving families plenty of opportunities to join in throughout the year.

Held in a colourful and friendly setting, the sessions offer not only a chance to get creative with paints and pots but also to connect with others in the community.
