Let’s Break the Stigma – Mental Health Awareness Event at Bridge Community Centre

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week (12th–18th May 2025), the Bridge Community Centre is proud to host an empowering community event on Wednesday, 14th May 2025, from 11:00am to 2:30pm – aimed at raising awareness and offering vital support for those facing mental health and wellbeing challenges.

This event, organised under the Branching Out Projects, invites individuals and organisations offering mental health and wellbeing services to participate and collaborate in delivering valuable resources, tools, and care to the local community. The theme? “Let’s Break the Stigma.”

🌿 Event Highlights:

  • Inspiring Talks by mental health professionals

  • Interactive Workshops offering practical tools for managing anxiety and stress

  • Mindfulness and Relaxation Sessions to support emotional regulation

  • Holistic and Crystal Stalls offering wellbeing items (outdoor pitch donations of £10)

  • Supportive Conversations & Peer-Led Resources

  • Community-led Stalls promoting mental wellness
