Blackstock Market's Rooftop Launch Took Liverpool to New Heights
Share
This past weekend, on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th April, Blackstock Market Liverpool officially unveiled its highly anticipated Blackstock Roof Garden — a sprawling new rooftop terrace that instantly elevated the city's social scene.
Dubbed one of the largest rooftop terraces in Liverpool, the launch weekend welcomed guests to explore a vibrant, Mediterranean-inspired escape set against the city skyline. Visitors were treated to live DJs, entertainment, and a first look (and taste) at what promises to be Liverpool’s ultimate rooftop hangout for summer 2025 and beyond.
🌇 A Rooftop Reimagined
The new terrace is nothing short of spectacular. Featuring a 220-seat layout, the rooftop was bursting with colour, greenery, and carefully curated aesthetics. Overhead, a rustic timber pergola intertwined with lush vines offered both shade and style, while planters brimming with bright florals and tropical foliage gave the space a garden-party atmosphere.
By day, the terrace glowed under the sunlight, perfect for casual lounging and sipping cocktails. By night, it transformed into a warm, ambient venue, complete with soft uplighting against hand-painted murals, stylish booths, and cozy nooks for late-night chats.
🍹 Good Vibes, Great Food
Guests had their first taste of Blackstock’s street food line-up, served fresh and flavorful right on the rooftop. Paired with a fully licensed bar, offering everything from summer spritzes to classic cocktails, the food and drink offering was a major highlight.
From chilled afternoon vibes to high-energy evenings, DJs kept the atmosphere buzzing all weekend, setting the tone for what Blackstock Roof Garden aims to be — a versatile, music-infused haven above the city.
🌿 Inclusive & Inviting
In true Blackstock Market fashion, the rooftop garden was designed with everyone in mind. The space is fully wheelchair accessible and proudly dog-friendly, making it a welcoming spot for friends, families, and four-legged companions alike.
Whether it was the rooftop views, the lush surroundings, or the infectious energy of the crowd, the launch weekend was a huge success, drawing locals and visitors alike to Blackstock Street for a first look at their new favourite destination.
