This Easter Monday, the stunning Sefton Park Palm House is inviting guests to indulge in a magical afternoon of elegance, flavour, and music at its much-anticipated Spring Afternoon Tea. Taking place on Monday 21st April 2025 at 1:30pm, this event is more than just a treat for the tastebuds—it's a heartwarming community fundraiser supporting the preservation of the iconic Palm House and its free public programme.

Guests will be welcomed with a glass of fizz on arrival, before settling into the gorgeous indoor garden setting for a delectable afternoon tea featuring sweet and savoury delights, including cakes from Bean There Coffee Shop, fluffy scones, and a selection of sandwiches. Tea will flow freely, and for those who fancy a second glass of fizz, a bar service will be available.

The ambience will be perfectly set with live piano music from the talented Lizzie Watts, adding a touch of timeless class to the afternoon. Guests can enjoy the event from the comfort of private tables or mingle at shared long tables, making it an ideal outing for couples, families, and groups of friends.

Importantly, proceeds from this enchanting event go towards maintaining the Palm House’s botanical collection, community programmes, and the historic building itself. Every ticket helps ensure that this treasured venue continues to bloom for future generations.
